2 servings spaghetti noodles

⅓ cup diced onion

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon soy sauce

3 large tomatoes (skin peeled, see at left)

1 teaspoon parmesan cheese (optional)

4-5 Basil leaves (optional)

METHOD:

Cook the oil, garlic, onions in a large skillet over medium-high heat until golden, 3-4 min.

2. Stir in the beef for 3 to 4 min. Then add in the chopped tomatoes. Keep stirring until the meat and tomatoes mixes together. Simmer until thicken.

3. Meanwhile, add the spaghetti to the boiling water, and cook according to package directions; strain well.
