GREEN RADISH SOUP

INGREDIENTS:
½ Green Radish
Your choice of protein: Beef(recommend)/Chicken/Shrimp/pork/lamb or Tofu (Vegan)
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon minced scallions
1 egg whites(optional)
1tsp Chinese Five Spice
½ tbsp of soy sauce
1 tsp rice wine
Salt and White Pepper
METHOD:

2. In a food processor, mince together your choice of meat, ginger, scallion, a pinch of salt, Chinese five spices, soy sauce, rice wine, and egg white(optional, help with forming).
3. Meanwhile, boil a pot of hot water. Pinch off about 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of the meat mixture per meatball, and form into balls. Place the meatballs into the boiling water over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes. Skim off the white scum on the surface of the soup.
4. Add in the shredded green radishes. Flavor with a touch of salt and white pepper.
*You can always add in vermicelli and turn it into a
vermicelli noodle soup!!
