LEMON ROSEMARY ROASTED CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:

1 chicken

6-8 rosemaries

1 whole garlic (cut into half horizontally)

1 lemon

salt (sliced)

black pepper

  1. cover the chicken with salt. Let it sit for 1 to 2 hours.

  2. Preheat the oven to 450 F. On an aluminum soil, place in the rosemaries, lemon slices, and garlic. Put the Chicken on top of everything, and season with some black pepper.

  3. Roast in the oven for 1.5-2 hours.

Serve with sweet potatoes/potatoes, asparagus or brussel sprouts.
