EGG PITA POCKEY

INGREDIENTS:

1 hard boiled egg (peeled)

1 tablespoon tuna meat floss (check recipe here)

1 tablespoon vegan cream cheese/cream cheese

1 tablespoon Mayo

Salt

Trader Joes Everything seasoning (replace with black pepper)

1/2 pita bread

METHOD:

  1. Chop the boiled egg into a “muddy mixture” with a fork. Add in the tuna meat floss, cream cheese, and mayo. Season with salt and everything seasoning. Mix it altogether until smooth.

  2. Stuff the mixture into the pita bread.
