BANANA CHOC-LIT CHEWY BREAD

INGREDIENTS:
2 ripe bananas
1 egg (only egg white needed)
1/3 cup Cacao powder
1 tbsp vanilla extract (optional)
1/2 cup Whole wheat flour
pinch of salt
METHOD:
1. Preheat the oven to 360F
2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Mix in cacao powder, whole wheat flour, salt, vanilla extract, & egg.
3. Top with some pecan(any nuts of ur choice), chia seeds/sesame seeds.
4. Put it into the oven for 35-45 min.
The texture is absolutely amazing. Crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside~
Please please try it with peanut or almond butter with a cup of coffee or tea! It’s so bomb!
