HOMEMADE SOYBEAN-N-TOMATO CRUSH
*No sugar added
*Vegan
*Gluten-free

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Soybeans
1/4 cup Black beans (optional)
2 Lagre Tomatoes
Pinch of Salt
2 tablespoon Paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
METHOD:
1. Soak the beans in water overnight (8 hours +)
2. In the morning, drain and rinse the soaked beans. Bring to a boil in a pot, steam lightly for 20 min.
3. In a food mixer, blend the tomatoes until smooth. Remove the tomato puree into a pot and bring to a boil.
4. Drain the boiled beans, then stir them into the tomato purée. Add in salt, paprika, and black pepper. Simmer for another 20 min.
COMBOS TO TRY:
Serve as a side for avocado+egg toast on a weekend brunch.
Mix in with any salads.
Toss in your rice bowl.
Blend into puree and serve as your pasta sauce.
